If one or more of your 2017 initiatives fell flat, don’t hide it – your boss probably already knows about it, so pretending like it didn’t happen will only make you look childish. Show your boss that you’re willing to take ownership for the success of your initiatives by openly addressing the least successful ones and why they performed poorly.
